Fezile Dhlamini, a talented South African
Industrial Designer, has embarked on a
groundbreaking journey towards transforming
transportation in Africa. With his visionary spirit
and Dhlamini has taken the bold step of
founding Africa's first all-electric e-hailing
network, Green Scooter.
The young entrepreneur started his business in
2016 when doing research. By its technical
design, the scooter can be charged from any
socket for three to four hours at a time; making
it very convenient to use.
The high-performance scooter consists of
features such as three wheels and a fibre-glass
body. It has capacity to convey a driver and two
passengers. Apart from passengers, the
Scooter can be used to convey cargo up to a
capacity of 280kg in total.
Dhlamini has tagged the prices of the scooters
ranging from R90 000 to R110 000.
